At S.S.F & F.C.H. Daycare, we understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is essential. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to provide clarity and fairness to our families. If you need to "cancel enrollment," we kindly request advance notice, and refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the cancellation. If you cannot inform us, "No Refunds will be issued." All tuition must be paid in full for your child to attend. If the tuition isn't received, a "Refund is not given," and the child will be sent home. We believe in open communication and encourage families to discuss individual situations. Additionally, exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for all, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and refund guidelines.
